To get your picture by your information:
First submit the picture you want as a DeviantID (It's the third down on the list, after you click "Submit")

Then, once you have submitted it, go to your profile *the profile button between 'journal' and 'settings'*, and then click on 'user display page'.
Under where it says "User Page Elements" there are all sorts of different things to fill out. The second from the bottom is deviantID. There should be a drop down box next to where it says deviantID, and the ID you submitted should be there. Select it, and click "OK".

And that, my dear, is how you get your picture up. :D
